Shipping
Each order is prepared with care and intention.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier timing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives with an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier first. If you need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out — we are happy to help however we can.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We want you to feel confident in your fragrance experience.
Because fragrance is deeply personal, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit on lightly used full-size fragrances shipped within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- the fragrance must be a full-size bottle
- the bottle must be lightly used
- the item must be returned in good condition
- customers are responsible for return shipping
At this time, we are unable to offer refunds on opened fragrances.
If you are unsure which scent is right for you, we recommend starting with our Discovery Set, which allows you to experience each fragrance on your skin before committing to a full-size bottle.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will gladly help resolve the issue.
